As the season of giving approaches, please consider donating a small piece of the priceless gift – time – to the clients of Midwestern Adult Day Service. Two short hours of your time once a week or even once a month can make the difference between a frail senior remaining in their own home or making that wrenching move to a nursing home. Providing a ride to an Adult Day Centre keeps them actively participating in community life. It gives a caregiver a much-needed break and it makes you feel like a million bucks.
