LEGION ZONE MEETING
WAS HELD AT BLYTH
N. W. Miller of Goderich Again Zone
Commander
An enthusiastic meeting of the
Legion Branches of Zone 10, was held
at the Memorial Hall, Myth, oil
Wednesday 'evening last week. Com-
rade Norman W. Miller of Goderich,
was re-elected Zone Commander for
the next two years. Comrade H, S.
Turner of Goderich, who had been the
efficient secretary-treasurer of the
Zone for many years, was ,re-elected
to this office.
The matter of the purchasing of
farms for veterans was discussed and
a motion placed by the Wingham
Branch urging greater care in such
purchases received endorsation.
Another item that brought forth
considerable discussion was a National
Policy placed in front of the meeting
by the Goderich branch. It embraced
what was considered to be a full out-
line that would be of benefit not only
to the Veteran but to Canada as a
whole, This motion was sent on to
the Provincial Command for further
consideration,
It was also decided that Zone 10
be represented at Provincial and Do-
minion conventions.
