causing destruction and also recommended

St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church
was given permission to hook into the
southwest drain provided there is a catch
basin on the church property with a sump
pump three feet deep. The village foreman
is to look after the connection.
A subsidy for $1,705.46 for the southwest
storm sewers has come through from the
Ministry of Transportation.
Building permits were approved for:
Archie Grewar - tearing down old shed;
Frank Thompson - relacing a garage which
was destroyed by fire; Wilfred Fsher -
replacing roof; James Bridges - siding on
a house and a tool shed and George Elliot -
siding on house.
A NEW ROOF There were people on top of the school as well as in it
when Walton Public School opened for a new year on Tuesday. Men were
