Prize for most letters in her name - Jennie Turnbull. Meat eating up Per capita consumption of meats and poultry rose to about 216 pounds in Canada last year. The largest amount was in beef, at 110 pounds; port was 53 pounds; poultry, including turkey duck and geese 45 pounds; veal, 4,9 pounds; lamb and mutton, 2.4 pounds.
