members of his committee, civil
and provincial officials, and a
representative of the contractor
took part in the official opening
program.
Mr. Prior told the gathering

represented "a lot of effort from a
lot of people". He urged
everyone in the area to use the
building, which, he emphasized,
was designed to serve the needs
of many groups and individuals.
Mr. Prior also paid tribute to the
people who worked behind the
Scenes to make the building
possible. "Without those on the
committees who supported me,
this building would not.be here"
he said.
