Eleven tables were in play at the Monday night euchre party at Memorial Hall, Dec. 22. Dora Shobbrook and Len Shobbrook were high lady and high man. Esther Moffatt of Clinton and Harvey Dolmage of Seaforth had the low scores. Bernice McClin- chey and Bert Daer had the most lone hands. Rena Watt won the special prize. Yogi’s ladies broomball team of Blyth held a draw on Dec. 16. Winners of food vouchers to Scrimgeour’s Food Market were Alice Koopmans, Goderich; Rose-' mary Mathers, Goderich and Jim Dickison, Wingham. The Blyth Swinging Seniors will hold a pot luck dinner at 12 noon on Wednesday, January 7 in the * Memorial Hall. Mrs. Edith Vincent of Belgrave will show slides of Alaska. Christmas guests on Dec. 21 with Gordon and Lois Carter at their new home near Tavistock were their family Joyce and Lloyd Carter, Rose Mary Fidom and Jason, Chauncey Brown, Ella Carter and Ken McGowan all of Blyth; Annette and Bill Ward and three boys David, Billy Joe and Mathew of Brodhagen; Ronald Carter and children, Jennifer, Lori Anne and Richard of Belgrave; Bob and Nancy Carter and grand­ daughters Sarah and Angela of Clinton and Donald Carter of Mitchell. Laurie and Dorothy Scott enter­ tained their family on Christmas Day.
