The Brussels, Morris and Grey
Community Centre canvass will
continue in January, so any
residents who have n of been
called upon will be visited in the
new year, The local canvass has
raised $98,311 and the fund now
totals $157,768.
Through the success of a door
to door canvass of the St.
Ambrose & Sacred Heart
Parishers, the local parishes have
been able to Make donations to
the community centre projects in
Belgrave, Brussels & Wingham.
St. Ambrose director Herman
Plas presented the Brussels,
Morris & Grey fund raising
committee with a cheque for
$50.00.
The winner of the December
50/50 Draw for $330 wasMrs:
Jane Hall of Brussels. The seller
of the winning ticket was Fat
Hilts. The next draw will be held
on January 29, 1977.
