Xmas concert (By Patricia Haveman) The Kindergarten class are going to play 2 rhythm band songs for their Christmas concert on the 21st of Dec. The 2 songs that they are going to sing are' "The Fat, Fat Man and Jolly, Jolly Santa Claus. Comments from the kids are: John Lowe - My mo m and dad are coming. Dawn Vandenburg - I think it will be fun bescause my mom and dad are coming. Kevin Tyerrnan gonna play the drums. Ian Johnston - I'm gonna play the castanets. All the kids think it will be fun. We will all be looking forward to this concert! the Mountain, Silent Night and 0 Come all ye Faithful" with Grade 7. Comments: Jill McCutcheon -- Wishes it was a play. Karen McLean - Likes singing better than working. Ken Cousins - Likes listening to Christmas carols. They are also singing two songs "0 Beautiful for Spacious Skies" and "It is Christmas Time." We interviewed some people from Grades 5 and 6. Sandra Huether - It's funny and exciting. Gwen Cousins - I don't know. Darrin Watts - I think it's good. Kevin Leis Well, it's not bad. Richard Haveman - Nothing to do with Christmas- Spirit. Kim Zimmer - It's not too bad. Grade 3 and 4 (By Debbie Prior Janet Heibein Grades 3 and 4 will be presenting a Christmas concert on the 21st of Dec) They will be doing a play called Mr. Picker- sniff's Christmas Eve. Mr. Pickersniff is Bradley Campbell. Robert Willie is the . duck. Pat , Maxwell and Lori Patterson are/ rabbits. They will be singing • Christmas carols. Some of the children think their concert is funny. Susan Marks thinks it is "kooky." . • Grade 7 (By Jill McCutcheon) The Grade 7 of Brussels Public School are putting on a Christmas concert on Dec. 21 at 8:00 p.m. The grade 7 are singing the following songs: "Carol of Christmas, Silent Night; Go Tell it on the Mountain, Alleuia and The Huron Carol." Coments: Teresa Glanville - She likes singing. Sheila Dorsch - she likes singing the songs. Todd Wheeler - He would like to do a play. Grade 8 (By Pauline McLellan) In the Christmas concert, Grade 8's will be singing "Carol of the Bells" and "Elle est Nez."
