Institute entertained other institutes as their guests, Mrs, Doris McCall, President, opened the meeting with a poem, "Autumn said Farewell today". A thank you note was read from Beth Hoover and a letter from Miss Helen McKercher. • Achievement Day is to be held at Ethel, November 20. An afghan made by Mrs. Peggy Cudmore was on display and tickets sold . Anyone wa nting a ticket see an Institute member. The next meeting will be held in the Library, D ek. 8 at 12:30. A pot luck dinner will be served Members are asked to bring their own dishes and silver. There will be a donation for Christmas Boxes and a gift exchange for every member to be not more than $1.50 .
