The Brussels Wolf Cub Pack,
with twenty members who hold
weekly meetings, are an active
group. These energetic boys were
out on Apple Day offering their
wares for sale. Their effor t
realized $85 for their Pack. It is
fine that the young boys of this
community have an opportunity
to belong to the Cubs,This has not
been possible in the recent past
as there has not been an
organized Cub Pack here for
several years,

Thursday, November 11th is
a day of Remembrance in which
we honour our War Dead who
battled in the skies, on and under
the seas and on the land. Those
who lost loved ones need no
special day in which to remember
them. Thoughts of them are
always with us. Those of a
younger generation must often
wonder where the peace is for
which they died, and if the
sacrifice was worth it. But they
Should know this. If not for them
Who gave their lives we might not
now be living in a free country,
even if it is a troubled one.
