Council reviewed the report with John Harris and Richard Dolphin representing auditors, Thorne, Riddell and Co. All' members of council were present and Reeve Wm. Elston presided, In other business council: - Reviewed with David Reed from Frank Cowan Co. Ltd. and Jas. Cardiff, Brussels the insurance policies for the township and agreed to renewal. New principals are appointed The, Huron County board of education has announced several changes in principals and vice- principals in this area. Don Tremeer, who was acting principal of Blyth Public School since the death of Mrs. Margaret Michie, becomes the new vice- principal at Clinton Public School. • Bill Millson, who is 'vice- principal at Clinton, becomes vice-principal at Hullett Central School, and Bill Black, who -Was on a year's sabbatical leave, becomes the new principal at Blyth. All appointments take effect August 1, 1976.
