SEWERS COMING? — No this isn't a photo of long awaited sewers for Brussels
being installed. Sewer tile was used this week in a storm drain installed behind the
new senior citizens apartments..Clerk'BillKipg says the weeping tile system from
the building will gotover this storm drain. The drain will eventually be continued
both north and south.

TEN YEARS FROM A HUNDRED — 'Lloyd Porter
celebrated his 90th birthday Saturday, August 23.
He was born three miles east of Brussels on a farm.
After farming for 33 years, he moved to Walton
where he and his brother-in-law started the egg
grading station.which he ran for 11 years. "since then ,
he has retired and keeps a garden at his home. For
those collecting history, on the area, he could tell

Turnberry Township. Injured as a
