Christmas Concert was held in
the basement of. Duff's United
Church on Monday evening, Dec.

Rev. Ed. Baker was master of
ceremonies for' the following
program, opening with a
Welcome speech by Heather
McGavin followed by . a
recitation, "I'm Very Young" by.
Sherry Hoegy, The rest of the
Kindergarten class gave
recitations referring to the four
Christmas symbols: Bell recited
by Craig Smith; Star - John Clark;
Card - Blaine Marks; Candle -
Benny Hoegy. Kindergarten class
teachers are Dianne Godkin
and Maxine Marks.
The Primary Classhad a skit,
Willie Claus and Mr. Santa with
Joyce Van Vliet reading `Twas the
night before Christmas and the
class names taking part were:
Kim Fritz," Donna Godkin, Craig
Hackwell, Dwayne Achilles,
Jeffery MeGvin t Sandra Sholdice,
Cheryl Smith, Joyanne Van Vliet.
Christine Achilles, Darryl. Hoegy,
Tim Fritz, Gary Godkin, Richard
Love, Darlene,Oplutzen, Billy
Gultitzen and Calvin Flood with
their teacher Marilyn McDonald.
The Junior class put on a play,
"The Old School Concerts".
Teacher was played by Blaine
Hackwell, recitation by Darryl
Smith, Cathy McGavin sang a
solo, "Ali I want for Christmas is
my two front teeth", followed by
Cheryl Fraser giving a recitation.
A step-dancing number was given
by Jeanne McDonald and a piano
initriber by Elaine Dennis,
followed by a skit with Neil
Mitchell, Murray Shoidice , Greg.
Humphries and Ron Godkim

Club will exhibit at. the Brussels learned at their Dec. 17 meeting.
Fall Fair in 1976. Agricultural Ross Proctor of R.R.Brussels is
the club's president this year.
Improvements in fair ground
facilities are planned to
accommodate beef cattle and
Brussels and Blyth 4-H Club
calves. Classes and prizes for a
rabbit show will be, included in
this year's prize list.

fall fair dance, booked for Friday,
July 16 in the Brussels arena,
Agricultural Society secretary-
treasurer Edwin martin said that
the Society will have a good
balance on hand at the end of this
year and that complete financial
statements will be available at
their annual meeting January 21.
