Mrs. Veitch discussed "Batter Breads' and Arlene Strickler discussed "Convenience Yeast Products". Mrs. Veitch also went over the questions on discussion at the last meeting. We discussed our club exhibit for Achievement Day. Our commentater is Bernice Van Donkersgoed. We made brown Batter Rolls. Everyone participated in making them. They were enjoyed by all. Keys to St. Thomas where they visited with relatives. Mrs. Glenn Huether spent a few days last week visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Huether and daughters, Galt, Cambridge. Mr. Alex Dark and daughter Mrs. Jack Clark, Auburn, spent a' day last week with 'Mrs. Mac Engel. Bluevale Correspondent Mrs. Joe Walker Mrs. Mel Craig will be hostess for the Institute meeting to be , held Oct. 8 at 8 P.M. in the Bluevale Community Hall. The Roll Call will be "What Does Conservation Mean To Me". Mr. Ian Deslauriers will be the guest speaker. Slides will be shown and everyone in the community is cordially welcome. Mrs. Fraser Haugh and Eileen attended a shower on Saturday for Mrs. Phylis Bridge at the home of Mrs. Wayne Bridge, R.R.#1, Bluevale. Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Hall were Mr. and Mrs. Jack Hall and family of Brussels. Mr. and Mrs. Mike Newton and family of Wroxeter visited Saturday with Mr. and Mrs. Fraser Haugh and Eileen. Mrs. Ross Mann visited with Mr. and 'Mrs. John D. Mann at Clinton on Saturday'.
