Mrs. Moffatt introduced Rev.
Wesley Ball, of Gorrie, the guest

based his talk on the 18th chapter
of St, Luke's Gospel. He spoke of
Jesus of Nazareth going to
Jericho and meeting the blind
man by the wayside, calling out to
Him amid the multitude of people
who were rebuking Him. In spite
of the warnings, the man continue
to cry to Jesus, until the Master
came to him, acid healed him.
Mr. Ball said that we must all
'be witnesses for Christ and not be
afraid, to talk about Christ in our
everyday living. We converse on
every other subject, be said, "but
how many of us really talk about
Christ?"He said we must all be
like the blind man, not afraid to
call out to the Prince of Peace,
talk about-Him and show our faith
to people around us.
' Mrs. William Elston. thanked
Mr. Ball and presented him with
a gift.
