The total budget for the Plumbing and Environment Division of council is estimated at $44,500 with the county's share being $29,500. The board is presently negotiating a new agreement with the Ministry in connection with septic tank, subdivision and land severance approvals. It may be that additional funds will be forthcoming which will reduce the county's share of the budget. The Property Committee has' brought to the attention of the provincial authorities insurance claims totalling about $3,500 in connection with vandalism to county buildings and property since October 1973. That the membership fee of $10.00 be paid to the Huron County Mutual Fire Aid Association. That the bills be paid as presented. -That the meeting be adjourned until April 7th at one o'clock or at the call of the Reeve. -Accounts paid : General $36,480.83 and Roads & Bridges $8,990.41 , totalling $45,471.24. Brave weather to attend prayer service Forty to fifty ladies braved the storm on Friday, March 7th to attend the World. Day of Prayer Service held in St. John's Church. Ladies frotn the four churches formed the choir and sang as a special number "We are one in the Spirit", with Mrs.S.B.Elliott as organist, The theme for the World Day of Prayer "Become Perfectly One" was taken by the Rev. Fred COsori, rector of St. John's Church. The ladies taking part ,in the service from the four churches were, Mrs. J.W:Smith; Mrs. Leona Connelly; Mrs. J. Spelt; Mrs: Clark Matheson; Mrs. L.
