Legal Notices 21.25.1 Government of Ontario NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ENVIRONMENTAL HEARING BOARD VILLAGE OF BRUSSELS PROVINCIAL SEWAGE WORKS PROGRAM In The Matter Of: Sections 42 and 44 of The Ontario Water Resources Act, as amended, - and - In The Matter Of: Plans and an engineer's report concerning sanitary sewage works to serve the Village of Brussels have been developed for the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, - and - In The Matter Of: It appears from an examination of the said plans that the proposed sewage treatment plant will be located in the vicinity of a parcel of land bounded-by C.N.R. Right-of-Way on the south, the Village boundary on the west and north, and Ross Street (unopened) on the east, that is Lots 367, 368 and_369, in the Village of Brussels, - and - In The Matter Of: The Environmental Hearing Board has been requested by the Ministry of the Environment to hold a public hearing concerning the sewage works program.
