Mrs. Marion Zinn of R.R.2, Lucknow, made a motion that if any individual board member wanted to see the files that they be perinited thus avoiding the need to have files re-produced. Herbert Tiirkheim of Zurich said a motion was not needed since board files are open to trustees and it would not be necessary to reproduce them. Mr. Henderson asked if equipment was being kept up in the schools and if replacements were being made, such as typewriters. Mr. Cochrane replied ,that since the Board was 3 within per cent of the budget last year "we must have spent all we could".
