Control Act.
Eight charges and eighteen
warnings issued under the
Highway Traffic Act.
Twenty investigations with one
person charged under the Crim-
inal Code.
On Tuesday, January 8, Wil-
liam Gow of Belgrave, went off
the east side of Highway 4, north
of the Blyth CPR X-ing and struck
a tree. He was not injured.
Damages to his vehicle were
estimated at $300.00.
On Wednesday, January 9,
Klaaz Jorritsma of R.R. 2,
Wingham and Terry W. Noble of
R.R. 2, Auburn, were involved in
a two-car accident on Helena
Street, north of Victoria Street,
Turnberry Township. No one was
injured and damages to both
vehicles were estimated at
5700.00. Charges are pending.
Irving A. Toner of Gorrie and
Edwin W. King of R.R. 1, Gorrie,
were involved in a two-car
collision on Victoria Street at
Edward Street in Gorrie. There
were no injuries, and total
damages were estimated at
s250.00. Charges are pending.
On Friday, January 11, Hans
Verbrek of R.R. 2, Bluevale,
struck a tree stump on the east
side of sideroad 50-51, Turnberry
Township, north of Highway 86.
He was not injured and his
vehicle was . damaged to the
extent of $500.00. •
On Sunday, January 13, Noah
Martin of R.R. 2, Brussels and
Brian D. Kuepfer of R.R. 2,
Bluevale were involved in a
two-car accident on Huron County
Road 19, south of Huron County
Road 16, Grey Township. There
were no injuries, and total
,,amages were estimated at!
700.00.

On Monday, January 14, Marie,

was involved in a single car
accident on Highway #4, north of
the Blyth C.P.R. X-ing. There
were no injuries, and damages
were estimated at $400.00.
On Tuesday, January 15,
Donald H. Cunningham of
Etobicoke and Robert R,
Campbell of R.R.#1, Belgrave,
were involved in a two-car
collision on Highway #4, south of.
the Maitland River Bridge, No
one was injured and total
damages were estimated at,
$875.00.
On Friday, January 18, Ronald
Deruiter of R.R.#3, Brussels, was
involved in a single car accident
on Huron County Road #16, east •
of Huron County Road #19, when
he went into the south ditch and
rolled over. No one was injured,
and damages were estimated at
$ 300.00.
Francis H. Dickson of
Kitchener and James D. Newell
of Wingharn were involved in a
two-car collision on Highway .#86
at the Perth-Huron County Line.
No one was injured and damages
were minor.
Harold W. Gross of R.R.#1,
Auburn and David W. Tiffin of
Wingharn were involved in a
car-trailer accident on Highway
#4, north of the Blyth C.P.R.
X-ing. Injured in the accident
were David W. Tiffin and
passengers in his vehicle, Dale
Irvin, Bruce Johnstone and
Beverly W. Blake, all of Lucknow.
Total damages were estimated at
$2700.00.

London and David W. Tiffin were
involved in a two-car accident on
Highway #4, north of the Blyth
C.P.R. X-ing. There were no
injuries as a . result of this
accident, and damages were .

On Saturday, January 19,
Ronald D. Nicholson of
Cambridge and Richard A.
Carson of Gorrie, were involved
in a two car collision on Huron
County Road #28, at James
Street, in ' Gorrie. No one was
injured and damages were
estimated at $1075.00.
