Mrs. Mac Engel
The leaders for the two Cran-
brook 4-H Clubs attended the
training school held in seaforth.
They were; Mrs. Clare Veitch,
Mrs. Ross Knight, Mrs. Gordon
Engel and Mrs. Jim Knight.
A number from the area atten-
ded the 50th anniversary ""At
Home" for Mr. and Mrs. Ar-
thur Nicholls on February 14th
at Atwood.
Mr. and Mrs. Richard Path
and son Brian, of Woodstock,
spent Sunday with Mrs. Melvin
Becker.
The death occurred in Strat-
ford on February 15th, of Mrs.
Russell Robertson, Mitchell,
the former Hazel MacDonald, and
sister of Martin MacDonald.
Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Purdy
spent the weekend in Stayner
with Mr. and Mrs. John Bouch
and children.
Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Wood,
Mitchell, and Mrs. Stuart Evans,
Clinton, visited with Mr. and Mrs.
Earl Dunn,Cranbrook.
Mr, and Mrs. Wes McEachern
of Cranbrook quietly celebrated
their 55th wedding anniversary
at their home on Monday.
The couple are active, taking
care of their home. They re-
tain a keen interest in community
affairs.
