Fatal Accident at Harpky.
A fatal accident occurred at Harp -
ley on December 6th by which Mack
Kenny lost his life. He win operat-

cheek and left shoulder, inflicting a
deep wound in both rases. Death was
instantaneous. Coroner Campbell, of
Zurich, was notified. He made an ex-'
amination of the wouod and of the

farts to Crown Attorney Seager at
Goderieb. An inquest was ordered
and a jury empanelled and at an ad-
journed silting of the inquest on De-
cember 12th a verdict of accidental
death was returned. The widow of
the unfortunate man is left in poor
