profited by his ministrations. They

they deeply appreciate the fact that

This is the first year's service foe the
military postoMce corps. The Can-
adian Postal Corps, as it is techoically
termed, is attached to the Artny
Service Corps and its chief oftleers are
('ol. Biggar, of Ottawa, Major Geo.
Ross, chief superintendent of tbe Post -
office Department for Canada, and
Capt. Chautbreau. deputy postmaster
of Montreal. In each military div
ision there is a lieutenant. a
