Adwiralty Court today, the aka
steamer Sir H. M. Pellett was seized
today 10 guarantee a Maim of 1110.000
as the result of a collision with the
American yacht ('ignet, which took
place in the anal on Msturdav even-
ing, and for which. it is alleged, the
Sir H. M. Pellatt is responsible. The
plaintiffs were the Phreniz Marine in-
surance Company of Chicken. who
hold the insoranre on the Cignet.
The firm of G. E. Jacque. A Co.,
agents for the Sir H. M. Pella t, gave
bonds for the amount claimed, and
the 'termer was released.
