County Library Acquires .New Films This past week was spent in preparing for something; mostly Education. Week which will be held on March 13 -. 17. The big day for our school will be held on March 15, On this day there will, be a Science Fair where many interesting projects will be shown in the auditorium. All parents are invited to come and see this show on the set date. Also there might be a debate presented by Gracie 8, language group. Edueat , ion Week ends on the 17th which means the beginning of our winter break. Grade 2 is practicing for an assembly which will be held on the last day of this term, March 17. The parents are invited to see their program at 9;00 A.M. in the auditorium. Grade 4 is also practicing for an assembly which they will present on. March 30. It will be an Easter program. For a treat to All the pupils Grade 8 is organizing a Snow- attion on March 17, This means a toboggan race where half the team pulls the other half around the school and then visa versa, a snowball relay, rolling snow and many more. If some students tend to get cold, there will be more competitions inside the school to warm their toes. If you wish to go to Brazil, free of fare, the Grade 6 room must be the ideal place. They celebrated Brazil week with treats containing Brazil coffee. As a reminder to all of you who celebrate the Jolly Green Leprechauns or St. Patrick's. Day, it is coming very soon. So we warn you to wear something green or have your pot of gold stolen. SPORTS In volleyball Randy White's team and Glen McLean's team are fighting for first place. In Grades 5 and 6, Lorie McClory's team won first-in the 5 and 6 volleyball games. This year .on the black top the boys have been playing hockey. They are divided up into teams. So far Randy Som- er's team is in the lead. After the volleyball games we will be playing basketball and floor hockey. Margaret Wesselink Dianne \Villas Ricky Thacker The Best. Damn.
