04 May 1st we held our School
Queen Contest. Nine girls partici-
pated in piano solos, duets, skits
and singing, It was A close race
with; .Toyce Pearon first, followed
by ',Tillie Hanna and Barbara
t1.11 WO.
Also on May ist, Senior West
held a dance called "Salute to
the Beatles" and raised $23.61 to
odd to a total of $83.00 for the
class trip to Toronto.
We would like to thank the
people who bought tickets for our
Lucky Bee Trip Draw.
Don't forget the Spring Concert
to be held a,t the 'Belgrave Arena
on May 15th. Come and support
our three School Queens,
