The by-laws require: 1. That any person' wishing to have a new entrance way installed to his property from any Huron County Road or Township Road of the Townships listed MUST secure a permit from the County Engineer, or Township Road Superintendent as the case may be. 2. That the work will be done by the municipality only after the permit is issued, 3. That the owner must pay for the work. 4. That only new corrugated metal pipe will be used. All proper existing entrance ways will be maintained and replaced (when required) by the municipality, as in the past, at no cost to to the owner. For further information, a copy of the by-law or permit application forms, contact the County Engnieer, Court House, Goderich, Ontario, Cr the appropriate Township Road Superintendent, or Clerk at his municipal office. Celebrate 15th Anniversary of 4-H Club Work The August meeting of the Cranbrook W.I. was to celebrate the 15th anniversary of 4-H Club work. In the absence of Mrs. lack Steele, Scotland, (Helen Knight) the first president, Mrs. John Doherty, Goderich, (Anne Steffler) the first Vice President, acted as chairinan for the meet- ing. Maxine Smalldoti, one Of the first girls to reedit Provincial henors, acted as secretary. The roll call of fernier 4-H girls in' eluded 66 names.
