The meeting open. ed with the 4-H. Pledge. The minutes were read by Laurel Hemingway who is there- fore press reporter. The roll call "A. suggestion for improving my record book" was read, by the eight members pre- sent. The next meeting will he held. on November 6, at. 1:15 at Devries. A demonstration of facings and undarstitching was done by Mrs. Devries. A aiscussion was held on plans for Achievement Day. The practical work was to work on the garments. The meeting closed with "0 Canada" after which lunch was served. Sixth Meeting The sixth meeting of the 4-H Homemaking Club the Brussels Stitchers was held on Novemb- er 6th, at 1:15 p.m. at the Dev- ries residence. The meeting was opened with the 4-H pledge.
