Refreshments s were served at a happy social, gathering on the church lawn. s The Rev. C. F. Johnston of St Paul's Wingham preached at the 80th Anniversary, on Sunday June 24th. At a social gathering held after the morning service the Rev. II. L. Jennings and Mrs- Jennings were presented with a twenty fifth anniversary wedding gift from the congregation. the congregation. In June the executive commit- tee of the Diocese of Huron re,' I comrnmended that bt. Daviq's Henfryn be closed and the con- gregation be attached to St.. Alban's Atwood. On July 16th the Board of Managements of St. Alban's and St. David's met with, Bishop H. P. Appleyard and the action of the synod was approved. On Sunday July 26th at 9.15 the last regular service was held in being the sacrament of Holy Baptism. Philip Robbie Fidgar son of Mr. and Mrs, La*rente Edgar was baptised. On.
