Dr. Joblin was born in Ontario.
He is a minister's son and he
has two brothers who are mini-
sters. He graduated from.
Victoria University and Em-
manuel College, a gold medalist
in both. He has had a varied ex.-
perience in pastorates which in,-1
elude Deer Park United Church,
Torontig, Alberta' Saskatchewan,
Northern Ontario and Weston.
Dr. Joblin is in demand as al
speaker and leader at confer-
ences and leadership training
events.
Dr. Joblin has a Th. M. degree
from Knox College, and a D. D.
from United College, Montreal,
but claims that his two +eeteage
children halve been responsible
for much of his education.
In addition to his contribution
to the nurser* department
materials for the New Currie-
ulum, Dr, Joblin is also the
author of the Senior Teacher's
Guide for Year Two on JOHN'S
GOSPEL OF CHRIST,

CONTESTS THIS YEAR
The local Thaticultural ASSOC*
iation wish to announce two
contests:
(1) A scrap book collection of
tree leaves, open to all students
10 years of age and under.
Leaves must be named, pressed
and mounted. A hard cover scrap-
book 8" x 10" of not more than
30 pages. Entries forwarded to
Mrs. Ella Shurrie not later than
December 31st, 1964. The name,
address, shows- on the lower

cover.
