Victoria University and Em- manuel College, a gold medalist in both. He has had a varied ex.- perience in pastorates which in,-1 elude Deer Park United Church, Torontig, Alberta' Saskatchewan, Northern Ontario and Weston. Dr. Joblin is in demand as al speaker and leader at confer- ences and leadership training events. Dr. Joblin has a Th. M. degree from Knox College, and a D. D. from United College, Montreal, but claims that his two +eeteage children halve been responsible for much of his education.
