1 lb. sausage meat
tablespoons minced
onion
2 cups soft bread crumbs
IA teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon poultry
seasoning
dash of pepper
1 egg, beaten
10 canned Canadian
freestone peach, halves,
drained
whole cloves
?/.2 cup peach syrup
Combine sausage, onion,
bread crumbs, egg and,
seasonings. Forni, into
ten balls. Bake in shat-
low pan in moderate
oven (350F.) 25 minutes.
Remove from oven. Drain
off. tat. Drain peach.
