FOR CILOSING OF CERTAIN PART OF MPRESS AND WALNUT STREETS IN TUE 'VILLAGE OF BRUSSELS Being a By-Law under Section 456 of the Municipal Act, R.S.Oe 1960, Chapter 249, to close cer- tain parts of Walnut and Corpress Streets in the Village of Brussels and convey the lands f30 closed and stopped up to Topnotch Feeds Limited and to Gordon Workman or his nominess. TAKE NOTICE, that the Muni- cipal Clorporation of the Village of Brussels, deem it advisable to close parts of Walnut and CYP- ress Streets in the Village of Brussels, and to convey the said Parts to Topnotch Feeds Limited and to Gordon A. Workman or hie nominees, as the said portions are not serving any useral pnrpose in their present condition and Meat ion, and are not being used for public purposes. AND THEREFORE TAR/5 i NOTICE that the proposed Br' Law reads as follows: 1 (1) THAT that portion of em- press Sheet in the Village et Brussels described as follow!: COMMENCING at the North- west angle of Village lot No. 298, THENCE Easterly along the Northerly limits of lots 298 to 292 inclusive to the Northeast angle of said lot No. 292: TITMICE- Northerly along the projection northerly of the Westerly limit of Walnut Street a distance of 66 feet more or less to the Southerly limit of the Wellington Grey and Bruce Rail- way property; pnriger, Westerly along the Southerly limit of the said Wellington, Grey and Bruce Railway property to a point, which said point is on the production northerly of the Easterly limit of Albert Street; THENCE South- erly along the production north- erly of the Easterly limit of Albert Street a distance of 66 feet more or less to the place of commencement. (2) THAT that portion of Walnut Street in the Village of Brussels described as follows: COMMENCING at the South- east angle of Lot 291; THENCR Northerly along the Masterly limits of lots 291 and 292 and the. prodUction Northerly of the Easterly limits of said lots to point in the southerly limit of the lands owned, by the Well- ington, Grey and Bruce Railway I Company; THENCE Easterly along the production Easterly of the Southerly limit of the Well- ington, Grey and Bruce Railway Company lands to a point in the Easterly limit of Walnut Street; THENCE Southerly along the Westerly limit of Walnut. Street to a point where the same Is Be stopped up and closed all that said portion of Clynress Street so stopped up as set out in para- graph numbered (1) immediately preceding and be conveyed to Topnotch Feeds Limited, and Be stopped up and closed ail that said portion of Walnut Street so stopped up as set out in para- graph (2) immediately preceed- ing and be conveyed to Gordon Workman or his nominees on. their applying to the MuniCipal Corporation of the Village of Brussels for the same. And all costs in connection with the same for both parties being paid for by Topnotch Feeds Weitited, which said costs shall include the costs of this By-Law and all proceedings to close up these portions of the said streets by By-law and all conveyances herein. AND IeURTHER TAKE NOTICE that anyone who wishes By-Law on account of the said to object to the Pseetug of this qYPress and Walnut Streets being closed as above described, must file in writing their object- ion with the Municipal C3erlr of the Porporation of the Village of Bruesels on or before the 25th day of January, 1964, and then he may by himself or by his solicitor appear before the next regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the nor- ;.oration of the Village of .Brus- sels to be held on the 8rd day of February, 1984, at the hour of eight o'clock in the evening and be heard.
