Being a By-Law under Section
456 of the Municipal Act, R.S.Oe
1960, Chapter 249, to close cer-
tain parts of Walnut and Corpress
Streets in the Village of Brussels
and convey the lands f30 closed
and stopped up to Topnotch
Feeds Limited and to Gordon
Workman or his nominess.
TAKE NOTICE, that the Muni-
cipal Clorporation of the Village
of Brussels, deem it advisable to
close parts of Walnut and CYP-
ress Streets in the Village of
Brussels, and to convey the said
Parts to Topnotch Feeds Limited
and to Gordon A. Workman or hie
nominees, as the said portions are
not serving any useral pnrpose in
their present condition and Meat
ion, and are not being used for
public purposes.

Albert Street; THENCE South-

the lands owned, by the Well-
ington, Grey and Bruce Railway I

Easterly limit of Walnut Street;
THENCE Southerly along the
Westerly limit of Walnut. Street
