suddenly Saturday at his home,

following a heart attack,
Ho was a life long resident of

He is survived by his wife, the

Caughey; a daughter. Mrs. R. H.

sons, George of Morris Town
ship; John and Gordon of 'Grey
Township; a sister; Mrs. John
(Edith) Cleary of Detroit; and 19
grandchildren.

home, Brussels, with Rev. A. K.
GrifillthS of Ethel United Church
Officiating, at 2 p.m, on M‘ondaY.
Burial was in Ethel cemetery.
Pallbearers were Archie smith,

Lloyd Jacklin, Lloyd Workman
and Layton smith.

Miss Eva Maude McCracken of
Brussels died Saturday, May 215a4
19 03, at, the Callender nursing
here, in her 77th year. She
suffered a stroke seven years ago,
and has been in failing health
since that time.
Born in Brussels, she was the
daughter of the late William. HI.
Mc graeken and Jane Carvethy,
and had lived all her life In.
Brussels, She was the last
member of a family of eight,
She was a member or. Brussels
"Caked Cpurch, and had worked
in the Women's Organizationsi for
many years,
A niece, Margaret and a,
nephew, Sohn, of ,Edmonton, Alta.,
survive.
The body rested at the D. A.

where Rev. A, X, Griffiths con-
ducted the funeral service on
Monday, May 27th, 1963.
Burial was in. Brussels ceme-
tery.

Leslie Carr Odell, 70, died in
St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener,
on Monday following an illness
of a few months.
He was a native of Ennis-
kitten Township, and retired to
Brussels five years ago. ,He was
a son of the late Mr. and Mrs.
George Odell. He was a member
of Brussels United Church.
He is survived by his wife, the
former Leila Turner; four sons,
Gordon, Sarnia; Malcolm and
Ronald, both of Toronto; and
illugh, Windsor; six daughters,
Mrs. S. (Leila)' Lumsden, Tor-
onto; Ivan (Joy) Clysdale,
North Bay; Mrs. David F. (Kath-
leen) ,Knadson, Parry Sound;
As. John C. (Helen) Pearson,
'Uxbridge; Mrs. Arthur (Doreen)
Howey, Ancaster; Mrs. Edward
(Dorothy) Sala, Newark, Calif.;
four brothers, William, Sask.;
(Nelson, Alta.; Kenneth, Sarnia;
