On Saturday, June 17th, Brussels
Uluited =Church was =the setting for
the double-ring wedding, ceremony
of Joan Margaret Hunt and W.
Gerald Miller. The bride isfthe eldest
dainghter of Mrs. Hunt of Brussels
and the late Pte. Albert H, Hunt.
The groom is the son of Mr. and
Mrs. Wm. Miller of Grey.to.wnship.
Rev. Lloyd Brown officiated.
Traditional prelude wedding
music was played by the church
organist, Mrs. Edwiln Martin.
The bride, attired in a floor-
length gown of white slipper
satin. with double net skirts, rose
lace over satin bodice and rose
petal lace coat with lily point
sleeves and princess neckline. A net
cap held her three-quarter length
satin embroidered veil, and carrying
a hommt of pink and white roses and
lily-Of-the-valley, was given In
marriage by her great grand-
father, Mr. Fred Grange or T-Tamil
ton, who was, on that day, cele-
brating his eighty-fifth birthday,
Mrs. Jeanne Blake, wearing a «
cocktail length, gown of shrimp I
nylola ova" taffeta and matching
accessories, and carrying a baguet
of white roses was the bride's only
attendant,
Mr. Ken Alcock was groomsman
and Mr, !Clifford Hunt Of Stratford
was the usher.

have been sent, o over 120,000 Ontario
vendors'together with detailed informa-
tion on the new Ontario Retail Sales
Tax Act. These applications should be
completed and returned by July 15th,
so that vendors will receive their permits
and additional information well in ad-
vance of September I.st, when the tax
goes into effect.
Who requires. a vendor's permit?
Every company or person, who in the
ordinary course of his business sells goods.
to purchasers in Ontario, must have a
sales tax vendor's permit. Restaurants

by salesmen or manufacturer's agents.
