The president, Ross Smith, called the meeting to order; and grace was said by Earl Anderson. Following the dinner, the president introduced those at the head table and gave a short •address, stating that last year new concession signs had been placed by the Federation named beet actress and best actor. The North Huron group were pre- sented with the Morton Keys Drama Trophy. 'Members of the cast were: Jim.
