MELVILLE CHURCH
On Sunday morning last the
minister, Rey. Harold Colvin preach-
ed from the text , God is love, and
eared; in part, Surely if God loves us
we should love Him in return. A man
cannot love God if he never goes, to
the house of worehiP, and if he only
thinks about his, own interests and
pleaeurs. leis an unthankful world in.
which 'WTI live. A very busy age, but
not a world busy learning about God.
We have not been thankful about
olur material bletesings. Mr Colvin
eold the.stony of the Woman, at the
Well. When she recognized who
Jesus was she did not make eXcuses
eor her sine. 'When this woman
accepted' the living water that Christ
offered her, and the forgiveness of
sins, She wanted to be through with
her former life, and those who had
}despised this Woman began to love
her when, they saw her changed life.,
Cur sins stand between us and
Christ. When we confess our sins,
them we come to Christ
The choir sang the anthem God is
