William Gillespie
William Gillespie, 77, a long-
time resident of Brussels, died sud-
denly on Sunday from a heart at-
tack while attending service at Mel-
ville Presbyterian Church.
He operated a hardware business
here for 50 years', and retired some
years ago. Born in Seafortfh, he was
a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Will-
iam Gillespie. His wife, the former,
Elleabeith Ritchie, died in 1949, He
-was a member of Melville .01threli
;and St. John's Maeonic Lodge.
Sueviving are two sisters, Mrs.
Chaeles Best, Toronto, and Mrs, Jas,
Tufford,, Theamsville.
