Nethery, Ross Bennett, Ann Kernaghan, Marianne Scott, Tom Husnik, and Robert Husnik. The band took part in its first parade on May 6, 1953 and this was down the main street of Brussels. They held their first tattoo in August, 1953 in Victoria Park with seven bands participating. Eventually, membership in the band became open to non-members and the band has grown to its present membership of 22. The motto of the band is to entertain the _public and to enjoy themselves while doing so. Fred Thueith pictured here is one of the Legion's life members. .Wishing you the best.
