A good number of novice
curlers were very welcome„
as well as regular members.
After about an hour " of
robust exercise all gatheted
upstairs, for :cards. The win-
ners of prizes for Euchre,

Hoover, low man - Ernie
tewington.

thusiastic about filling 'the
first draw. The 9 p.m, draw
is filled to , overflowing
whereas the 7 p.m. draw still
needs about 6. curlers. Any
extra curlers would be wel-
come because spares are
always important to every
curling club.
The first draw will run
about the same as laSt year.
The second draw will be. a
real challenge with high

.ing rinks. This:, will allow
more opportunities for devel-
oping skill at curling, as the
