Mrs. Proudy conducted ,
Bible Study in the chapel on
Thursday, May 24th and on
Friday, Father Hardy said
Mass for our Roman Catholic
residents. Friday afternoon
residents played bingo in the
auditorium.
Saturday morning, Frank
Bissett and Mrs. Elsie Hend-
erson held choir practice with
residents for an hour, with
the help of residents Cecil
Skinner, Norman Spiers
(violins), and Jim Ruddock
on the accordion.
The residents spent Tues-
day morning at Workshop,
busily preparing a float for
the Clinton parade.
North Street United
Church picnic was held in
a good number of residents
attending. The Choir will
sing for the first time public-
ly next Sunday at church
service. Church service is
held at 9:30 a.m. each Sun-
day morning.
On Monday, Mrs. Marie
Flynn (piano), Wilson
McCartney (violin), and Ken
Dale (guitar) entertained the
Goderich on Wednesday
afternoon. Amos Andrews,
Miss Ethel Hill, 'Mrs. Marg-
aret Murray, Max Wedlock,
Mrs. Iris Spading and Mrs.
Olive Straughan were among
the members who attended.
Huronview would like to
welcome a new resident,
Cecil Cullen. Mr. Cullen is
from the Gorrie area.
