Stevens and his son provided an hour of music in the auditorium consisting of piano, violin, mouth-organ and ukulele. On Wednesday, February 9th, the Over-Ninety Club held their usual monthly meeting with music by Elsie Henderson (piano) and Nor- man Speirs on the violin. Tea and cookies were served for refreshments. A Valentine Dinner of Kentucky Fried Chicken was served to 125 residents inthe auditorium followed by a program put on by the staff. Requests were made to have it again sometime. The February 21st birthday party was put on by the Huronview Women's Auxiliary. Rev. Sargeant of Blyth sang a medley of tunes, accompanying himself on the guitar. Mrs. Lockhart was the Master of Ceremonies. Lorne Lawson (mouth organ) and Mrs. Van Egmond (accordion) played a few numbers while Miss Nelda Mcllroy sang a solo. Lunch was served and gifts were kindly accepted by the residents. February 26th, Marie Flynn (piano), Lorne Lawson (mouth organ), Warren Whitmore, Stanley Hillen, Wilson McCartney, Helmer Snell (violin) and Ken Dale on the guitar entertained the residents for an hour with the help of our own Cecil Skin- ner, Norman Sp, iers (violin) and Jim Ruddock on ac- cordion. The Anglican Guild Ladies Club of Clinton led the World Day of Prayer Service in the Chapel on February 28th. Bowling was held in the afternoon at the bowling alley in Clinton. On January 8th Marie Flynn came to entertain the residents of Huronview with some old-tyme music. Mrs. Prouty and Mrs. Finkbeiner come regularly on Thursday of each month for Bible Study. Regular church service is held on Sunday at 9:30 a.m. Rev. Broadfoot of the Anglican Church comes once a month for Communion while Roman Catholic Com- munion is held every Friday morning with Father Hardy officiating. The birthday party was held on January 17th with the Clintonians of Clinton entertaining. Mr. Flett play- ed the violin.
