In my opinion the drama
presentation, which students
are working hard on right
now, is an extremely worth-
while activity. The students
are very energetic and de-
dicated to the cause of get-
ting the play "Anne of Green
Gables" ready for their per-
formance in May.
The auditions were held in
mid-January and since then
they have practices every
Monday through Thursday
from 3:30 until 5:00. This
,type .of' dedication is very
commendable and should be
recognized by the rest of us.
Last Saturday night the
cast went to Kitchener to
view another performance of
"Anne of Green Gables" to
see how others performed
and how they could improve
their own performnces.
Getting prepared for a
performance of this calibre is
no small job and should not
be taken for granted.
If anyone saw last years
presentation, "Fiddler on
the Roof", they know that
the students of F.E. Madill
are truly capable of putting
on a "Class A" performance.
"Anne of Green Gables is
sure to be a great per-
formance, so be sure not to
miss it,

Once again I am presented

I could discuss the benefits
of snow this close to ex-

the snow will be here by the

I could even discuss exams
themselves, but most of the
students at Madill have
heard all the discussion they
care to about that.
