TEMPLEMAN Mrs. Gordon Scott was hostess for the November meeting of the Marion Ritchie Evening Auxiliary held in her home on November 21. Mrs. Alec Miller presided and opened with a poem and the hymn “Follow Me The Master Said”. Mrs. Jean Carey had the scripture and meditation, reading from second Corinthians Chapter 5. Fourteen members an- swerd the roll call with a verse on Remembrance. The minutes were read and approved and the treasurers report was given showing that the Marion Ritchie had reached their allocation. Mrs. Duncan Scott presided for the business at which time a donation was made to the dock project. Mrs. Lloyd Miller had the topic reading, Have you taken a spiritual inventory? Mrs. Carter Kerslake presented the study book reading an item on Haiti. The meeting closed with “Onward Christian Soldiers” followed by the Lords Prayer in unision. Immediately following the meeting a silent auction talent sale was held. This proved very successful with over $80 being realized.
