One long and lonely year has passed Since our great sorrow fell The shock that we received that day No one can ever tell God give us strength to meet it And courage to bear the blow But what it meant to lose you No one will ever know It’s a lonely life without you And sad has been the way For life at home is not the same Since you were called away It was a sudden ending Too sudden to forget You bade no one a last farewell You said goodbye to none A dear heart had ceased to beat And suddenly you were gone. Sadly missed loved always by wife Beatrice and family. 47p REID — In loving memory of our parents Dad Patrick Reid, November 22nd, 1952, Mother Sarah Reid, November 19th, 1973, also our brother-in-law Clarence Rees, November 15th, 1969.
