Attending the hearing were Southcott Pines, Gerplex Holdings, Jack Coups, of Grand Bend, F. Donald Rbss, acting on behalf of Harold Gibbs of Parkhill who claims ownership of the resort’s beach, and Dr. L. A. Hatch. With the exception of an objection filed the village’s upheld. The decision Gerplex facing on King street, west of Huron be zoned commercial rather than its present designation of residential.
