“That was true, but, we

At the United Church
Sunday morning the
“Shalom” singers of Sixth
Line United Church from
Moore township of Lambton
County provided the worship
service in a ministry of
songs.
The group comprises nine
young ladies and four young
men with guitars, drum and
piano music to accompany
their singing.
The group have been
together for five years in
their ministry of song and
this was their last singing
engagement as they are
disbanding to pursue other
things in life.
The Grand Bend Sunday
School children joined in the
Webster. Last year they
were $3,400.

The Alberta Bible Institute
provided a singing program,
Thursday evening at Church
of God.
Morning worship was
conducted by Rev. J.
Campbell at Church of God,
on the topic “Our influence”.
Alex Desjardine sang a solo
entitled “I’m not worthy,”
and the choir anthem was,
“Come Holy Spirit.” Edgar
Cudmore of Exeter was
guest speaker Sunday
evening.
