Fined $50 each plus costs of $4 by Justice of the Peace D.W. Wedlake were Daniel LaPorte, Zurich and Jerry Verhey, Randy K. Somer­ ville and James O’Neill, all of Huron Park. Blair Stuart Hearn, Huron Park was fined $50 for con­ suming liquor as a minor. A fine of $55 was levied against Larry R. Dicker, Flesherton for driving a motor vehicle without evidence of insurance. He was stopped January 6 in Us borne township by Constable Jack Straughan because his vehicle’s tail lights were not working. Ross Leibold RR 3, Zurich was ordered to pay a fine of $35 for failing to report damage to property follow­ ing an accident. Another vehicle was damaged to the extent of $50. Restitution has been made. On speeding charges, Peter Darbishire. Hensail was fined $90 for travelling 120 kilometers in an 80 kilometer per hour zone: Martin Van Raay, RR 3, Dashwood was assessed $36 for a speed of 104 in an 80 kilometers per hour zone and John Robert Harper, London and David Phillips.
