South Huron senior coach Ron
Bogart was not satisfied with his
team's performance.
Bogart commented, "We
missed three scoring op-
portunities inside the 10 yard

many fundamental errors. We
picked up a total of 435 yards, but
only had 24 points to show for it,"
Stratford's only three points
came on a field goal in the first

some what with two unconverted
touchdowns in the second period.

if you have the disappearing-
type of windshield wipers, it's
a good idea to check the
opening in front of your
windshield regularly to remove
any twigs, leaves, or what-
have-you that might get stuck
there. These obstructions
would strain the wiper motor.
A regular squeak from the
front si"des of your car, plus
any loss of steering control, in-
dicate ball joint wear. Ball
joints should be inspected at
least twice a year. Driving in
bad weather may dilute the
lubrication and cause excess
wear.
Older engines may need a
richer gas mixture to assure
prompt starting. Have the
choke adjusted.
Tire pressure should be in-
creased if you are going fo•
low a trailer. Check the
monufacturer for recommend-
ed pressures.
Experts say your car will last
longer if you have the oil
changed and the car
lubricated more 'often than the
manual suggests. Air arid gas
filters should be replaced as
soon as dirt buildup appears,
