WHAT IS IT? No it's not a space craft from another planet or a giant
mushroom that has suddenly sprouted in town. It's a unique view of the
Exeter water tower captured by Tim Stover of Andrew St. Tim is
presently a student at Fanshawe College where he is enrolled in the
Radio Arts Course, The water supply for the town has come under
discussion recently and is one of the problems council will be facing this
year. At the last council meeting Mayor Bruce Shaw said Exeter is on
the verge of being short of water.
