Theexecutivewas in charge of
the Christmas meeting of Dash-
wood Women's Institute which
started with a family pot luck
supper, The president, Mrs. Ray
Rader welcomed everyone and
conducted a brief business
meeting. Greetings frorn other
institutes were read, A member
in hospital is to be remembered
with a plant.
The children enjoyed bingo
while the adults played Court
Whist with the following winners.
High, Rose Struyke and Earl
Keller: low, Mrs. Helen Grieves
and Mrs. Hilda Rader. Mrs. Carol
Ducharme also received a prize
for the lucky chair.

Group 2 with co-conveners Mrs.
Charles Martene and Mra. Ray
Rader was in .charge of the
Christmas lunch at the December
annual and Christmas meeting of
ZiOrt Lutheran Ladies' Aid, The
president, Mrs, Arnold Becker,
opened the meeting with a
Christmas hymn followed by
prayer. Twenty-four members
answered the roll call. There
were a large number of guests
three of which joined the Aid.
Mrs. Esther Salmon gave the
auditor's report followed by a
detailed report from the
treasurer of expenses and
receipts for the year. The Altar
Guild reported 15 calls, The new
Guild is Mrs. Lloyd Rader and

Mrs. Albert Miller. Along with
group 2, they will pack shut-in,
boxes Sunday, December 19.
Anyone wishing to contribute
should bring such to church that
Sunday.
