Fair,
The girls will be judged on appearance, poise and
personality and the winner will represent the Fair in later
competitions.
Both the queen and the other contestants will ride
with their sponsors in the Fair Parade on Saturday.

The first meeting for the Elim-
ville No, 3 4-H Girls was held on
Sept. 9th at the home of Mrs.
Murray Coward.
The meeting opened with the 4-
. H pledge, followed by the elec-
tion of officers, they are as
follows: president - Diane Hut-
ton, press reporter-Janet
Kerslake, and since the club
total reached 11 members it was
decided to have a rotating
secretary.
Carol Allen wilt be the first
secretary for the meeting which
will be held on September 16 at
the home of Mrs. Philip Hern.
Demonstrations were given by
Mrs. Murray Coward and
Pamela Coward, There was
flower arranging and a judging
contest to the end of the meeting.
The second meeting was held
on September 16 at the home of
Mrs. Philip Hem, The roll call
was "Why I like to entertain". It
was decided that the club narne
would be "The Happy Hostess",
Demonstrations were given by
Mrs. Murray Coward on the
different types of silverware and
the club girls also demonstrated
placing different pieeeS of
dinnerware with different types
of table cloths.
